The CF high-temperature flue gas dust and acid removal filter cartridge features mature technology with over a decade of application. It offers advantages such as excellent efficiency, long service life (7-9 years for the filter cartridge, with a 5-year warranty), cost savings, and multi-pollutant control. Backed by a first-class team and university resources, it provides an effective and practical solution for industrial environmental protection and high-temperature flue gas treatment.
Over 80% of atmospheric pollutants such as SO₂, NOₓ, and soot originate from key industries including cement, glass, and petrochemicals (major coal-consuming sectors), while more than 12% come from thermal power generation/heating. The treatment temperature for the resulting waste gas and flue gas typically exceeds 400℃. Effectively handling these high-temperature industrial flue gases is both crucial and challenging for enterprises. Our product—CF high-temperature ceramic fiber filter cartridge—offers a highly efficient and cost-effective solution.
The CF filter cartridge boasts exceptional filtration capability, attributed to its ultra-fine filtration pores. Ceramic fibers exhibit superior high-temperature resistance; we provide not only high-temperature ceramic filter cartridges suitable for temperatures below 1000℃ but also ultra-high-temperature ceramic filter cartridges designed for temperatures exceeding 1000℃. The main materials of the filter cartridge are alumina and silica. It filters particles as small as PM2.5 and submicron particles, with an emission concentration < 5mg/Nm³. Key performance parameters include a maximum filtration velocity ≤ 1.5m/min, porosity > 83%, compressive strength > 1000N, and static air resistance of 326Pa, demonstrating outstanding performance. The diagram below illustrates the pore size of the filter cartridge’s filtration pores.
Compared with traditional baghouse or electrostatic precipitator (ESP) technologies, CF high-temperature ceramic fiber filter cartridges perform better in high-temperature flue gas treatment. Although electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) offer good dust removal efficiency and no secondary pollution, they are highly energy-intensive, require large floor space, are significantly affected by fly ash, and fail to achieve ultra-clean emission standards. Baghouse filters are not heat-resistant, have a short service life, and offer only moderate treatment capacity. In contrast, CF filter cartridges feature strong filtration capability, high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water and energy conservation, long service life, no secondary pollution, and compliance with ultra-clean emission standards.
When integrated with catalysts, CF filter cartridges can remove acidic gases (such as SO₂ and HCl), NOₓ, CO, and dioxins, enabling integrated control of dust removal, acid removal, denitrification, and multi-pollutant reduction. With stable catalytic reduction and long-term high catalytic efficiency, they effectively reduce ammonia usage and significantly lower operating costs (achieving stable denitrification efficiency > 95% under a 1:1 molar ratio in laboratory tests).
CF filter cartridges hold multiple national invention patents and have been tested by institutions including the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Southeast University. Test results show that medium-temperature catalytic filter cartridges achieve a denitrification efficiency > 95% at temperatures above 280℃, while low-temperature filter cartridges reach an efficiency > 80% at temperatures above 180℃.
CF filter cartridges possess unique advantages and performance in application scenarios such as high-temperature filtration (e.g., fumed silica production, metal smelting), selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification (e.g., glass kilns, biomass fuels), acid-solid separation and recovery, combustible gas filtration, and heavy metal/precious metal recovery. Their efficient and stable performance has been validated in projects including glass furnaces in Spain and Costa Rica, medical waste incinerators, and metal melting furnaces, earning widespread praise and recognition from customers.
